Serlachius museum Gustaf
In winter 2018 we renovated Serlachius Museum Gustaf in Mänttä. We were asked to design an entity which would speak the same design language as the bespoke 1920'ies architecture and original idea of the space. With careful study of the era, one our favourites, we designed custom lobby sofas in the spirit of Le Corbusier and Charlotte Perriands 1920'ies classics. The colours were handpicked from the wall murals of Serercrantz.

In addition to the lobby and café area we also redesigned the lights and ceilings of the multipurpose meetingroom area next to the shop. The decorative lamps were renoved as well. Indirect light was created to serve many uses of the conference rooms.
